After Hurricane Michael, I had to reroof two houses. One was done by a different contractor and I had a very bad experience. So I learned the roofing code and how to roof my house. Sun Coast Roofing did an excellent job, and I know because I watched them do it right. Peel and Stick underlayment, quality GAF shingles with the right number of nails in the right places and not overdriven, professional and courtious crew. Eric Johnsa, my salesman and main point of contact, answered all my questions and was very responsive. The price was slightly lower than what insurance paid me. I don't know how I could have asked for a better experience.

I have nothing but praise for the professional experience I have had thus far with Sun Coast Roofing located in NSB. Everyone has been extremely courteous, prompt, and helpful. Special kudos to Eric Johnsa for his handling of the claim with the insurance company. Not only did he achieve a favorable result with the claims adjuster, he also relieved me of the stress of the experience. Eric is very knowledgeable and when coupled with his calm, courteous demeanor it has been a pleasant experience.
