- 5+ years of roofing experience.

Sales Representatives
The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. We spend a great deal on marketing to generate leads and many of our leads are from referrals. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!
- Prefer a minimum of 3+ years in outside sales experience.
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales.
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required.
- Roofing sales experience is a huge plus!
- You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals.
- Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines.
- Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods at a time. Must be able to get on/off a roof and perform inspections.
- Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects.

- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves.

Roof Repair Technicians
Must have extensive experience in roofing construction. Primarily need a repair technician for roof punch-out after installation. We offer our customers a 10 year labor warranty and need a dependable roof technician to efficiently tend to repairs.
Qualified Applicants must have a strong work ethic, self disciplined, with excellent time management skills.
- 1-3 years of prior roofing repair and installer experience
- Ability to meet the physical demands of an outdoor job
- Self-motivated to complete jobs prior to deadlines

Skilled Carpenter
We are currently looking for a well-rounded, experienced carpenter, with knowledge of various carpentry techniques. Remodeling and new construction experience is required. Skilled with installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Other duties will include cutting, and measuring materials according to a client's requirements. Ability to estimate jobs is also a plus.
- 4+ years of carpentry experience.
